Charlie Barber
Charlie Barber was a student of the Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts studying Trumpet Performance. Mr. Barber has had the opportunity to study with some of the finest trumpet players in the New York and Philadelphia area such as George Rabbai, Tatum Greenblatt, Joe Mosello and Joe Magnarelli. Charlie has had the opportunity to attend the Curtis Summerfest, Aspen Music Festival Chamber Music Program among other festivals, performing in orchestras, jazz ensembles and other chamber groups. Charlie has played in many top jazz and classical groups at Rutgers University, and plans to continue his musical studies as a Graduate student at University of Cincinnati- College Conservatory of Music in the fall. Charlie plays frequently in the NJ area in brass bands, orchestras and brass quintets.
