Longtime local musician, educator and JAS In-Schools faculty member Mark Johnson tragically passed away earlier this year. In an effort to assist the Roaring Fork School District in securing a new instructor for future years, JAS and the Aspen Music Festival and School are partnering together on a community fundraising campaign in support of the Carbondale music program. This fund will be in memory of Mark Johnson, to recognize his dedication to the Roaring Fork Valley music community and the school program he worked so hard to build.
