FREE JAS DISTRICT 8 HONOR JAZZ CONCERT

Jazz Aspen Snowmass is excited to welcome over 75 student jazz musicians and vocalists from 11 schools across the Western Slope to the 2020 JAS District 8 Honor Jazz Program, February 7-8 at Roaring Fork High School in Carbondale. The annual event will include two days of intensive jazz training, workshops and rehearsals, led by professional musicians and educators of such programs as the Colorado Conservatory for the Jazz Arts, Colorado Mesa University, the University of Northern Colorado, and the University of Colorado.

On Saturday, February 8 from 5-7pm the students hard work will be showcased in a free public performance at Roaring Fork High School. The public is encouraged to come join us in celebrating their accomplishments! For more information please call JAS at 970.920.4996.
