Each day, there will be between 3 and 5 shows. Before and between the main stage shows, there will be smaller bands playing on our side stages located throughout the venue. The JAS Aspen Snowmass App is the best way to get up-to-date info on when a new band is coming on.

No. Vaping, e-cigarettes, and traditional cigarettes are not permitted — the festival is a completely smoke-free venue.
All lost items are turned in to the Snowmass Village Police Department. To locate or claim an item, please contact their office directly at (970) 923-5330.
3-Day general admission, Deck & VIP Passes are available. Single day tickets will go on-sale based on availability.
All children 8 years and younger are FREE when accompanied by an adult. Children older than 8yo will need to purchase a full-price ticket to the event.

Yes, if upgraded tickets are available. You can call the JAS Offices anytime during regular business hours (M-F 9 am – 5 pm) at (970) 920-4996 and we can help you upgrade.
PLEASE NOTE:
•If you are upgrading from GA or JAS Deck to VIP you will be issued a full refund from those tickets and then charged the full amount of the VIP tickets.
• If you would like to only upgrade one day from your 3-Day Pass, we will release your 3-Day Pass and charge you single-day prices for the other days of the festival.
All tickets will be sent through AXS Mobile ID. Upon purchasing tickets, your AXS Mobile ID will be automatically added to your existing AXS account. If you do not currently have an AXS account, you can create one by going to AXS.com and entering basic account information. After creating the account, you may buy, sell, or manage any seats in your account (for any event where AXS is the ticket provider, not just JAS events)

Yes! You can transfer your tickets to anyone through the Tickets section in the JAS Aspen Snowmass App. There’s no fee and no limit on transfers. All 3-Day Passes are transferable by day.
Your guest will need an AXS account to receive the tickets. You can cancel a transfer anytime before they set up their account. If they already have one, the tickets will appear automatically.
How it works:
1. Click Transfer next to the event in your AXS account.
2. Select tickets and enter the recipient’s info.
3. Review and click Transfer to send.
4. The recipient will get an email to accept and access their tickets.
You can review your transfer history anytime by selecting My Events > Transferred in the JAS Aspen Snowmass App or by visiting AXS.com to view your transfer and purchase history.
If you already have an AXS account, the tickets will be transferred to your account automatically. Otherwise, you’ll get an email letting you know you need to create an AXS account to claim the tickets. Just follow the simple steps to make the tickets officially yours.
It depends. If your friend already has an AXS account, the tickets will be transferred instantaneously. Otherwise you have until your friend creates an account to cancel the transfer. Remember, your friends can always transfer tickets back to you.
You can sell your tickets safely through the AXS Mobile Re-Sell marketplace via the JAS Aspen Snowmass App (it will direct you to your AXS account).
1. In your AXS Account, click Sell next to the event.
2. Select your tickets, set your price, and confirm.
3. When sold, you’ll get an email, tickets transfer automatically, and you can withdraw funds via AXS.com.
Note: We Trust JAS (WTJ) Passes cannot be re-sold or transferred due to their discounted price.

The only JAS approved and guaranteed way to purchase Labor Day tickets are through the AXS Mobile ID marketplace via the JAS Aspen Snowmass App. We strongly discourage using third party ticket sellers as most cases of fraud we see come through those avenues.
Yes, you will need your ticket (physical or from the JAS Aspen Snowmass App) to leave and to reenter the festival.
JAS takes place in an outdoor venue with very limited shelter. Performances are rain or shine, unless conditions become unsafe.
Colorado weather can change quickly—be prepared for full sun, strong wind, or even rain or snow. We recommend dressing in layers, bringing a poncho, and wearing sunscreen.
In case of severe weather, follow instructions from staff. You may be directed to exit the venue—the safest shelter is typically your vehicle or public transportation, as there are no covered areas on-site.
The JAS Labor Day Experience takes place on an open, outdoor field.
Please note: JAS has a NO TARP policy.
General Admission:
Guests may bring blankets (max 40" x 60") or ground-level chairs (no higher than 6" off the ground). Seating is first-come, first-served, including the Standing Room Only area near the stage. Chairs are not available for purchase on-site.
If you’d like reserved seating or a more comfortable experience during or between sets, consider upgrading to a Deck or VIP pass, if available.
Yes. We offer an accessible viewing platform for guests with mobility-related disabilities and one companion. To help us plan accordingly, please purchase an ADA ticket when ordering.

The area directly in front of the stage is designated as Standing Room Only. Blankets and low-back chairs are not permitted in this space but are allowed outside of it.
Access to the SRO section is first-come, first-served, offering the closest view of the stage for General Admission guests.
Free parking is available at Brush Creek & Hwy 82 Intercept Lot. Shuttles run continuously from the lot to the festival, starting 1 hour before doors and through event egress.
On-site parking is not available, except for pre-purchased VIP passes.
ADA parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. A variety of food and drink vendors will be available on-site (see Vendors’ Village for details).
You may bring one factory-sealed bottle of water or an empty plastic bottle/CamelBak. Metal and glass bottles are prohibited, but free water refill stations are located throughout the venue.
If you have special dietary needs, please check in with the Accessibility Services team in ADA parking or at the information booth outside the festival gates before entering.
Yes. Milk, formula, baby food, and snacks are allowed for young children, as long as the items are appropriate for the child you are accompanying.
Yes! The JAS Vendors’ Village offers a wide selection of World and American cuisine and refreshing beverages for all ages. Wine, beer, and premium cocktails are also available—all alcohol purchases require pre-ID and a wristband, so please bring your ID.
The JAS Vendors’ Village is open to all General Admission, Deck, and VIP ticket holders. It offers a diverse selection of food, drinks, and local merchandise, so you can enjoy great eats and take home a memento from your Labor Day Experience.
Between Main Stage performances, up-and-coming bands play at the Village Stage, and a kids’ area features face painting, juggling, and crafts for younger guests.
The festival is cashless. While a few food vendors may accept cash, all bars and merchandise tents accept only credit/debit.
The JAS Deck three-day pass is an upgraded General Admission experience with access to the new two-story JAS Deck at the far end of the General Admission lawn. Pass holders also have full General Admission access.

The JAS Deck is an elevated General Admission experience and is not considered a VIP Pass. Deck Pass Holders need to enter through the Main Festival Entrance. Deck passholders DO NOT ACCESS the venue through the Donor (VIP) Entrance.
Deck Passes do not include an option to purchase parking or access to the VIP Section of the event.

Yes. All bags will be searched as you enter the festival grounds. Only clear bags will be allowed into the event. JAS will have bags available for purchase leading into the event, as well as at the event itself. Please do not bring unclear purses, backpacks or other bags of any kind. We appreciate your understanding!
One clear bag no larger than 12" by x 6" x 12" OR a one-gallon clear re-sealable bag.

For the security of everyone at JAS Labor Day all people and vehicles on festival grounds are subject to a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. - Have a list of contact information, allergies and medication on your person in case our emergency team needs to know!
- Mother Nature can be unpredictable! Though we will be monitoring the weather at all times, to prepare, it’s important that you check the weather right before leaving for the event. This way you can be prepared with rain gear, warm clothes, or anything else you may need to be comfortable in the case of unpleasant weather.
- Stay hydrated and be prepared for sun! It can get very hot in September in Snowmass, make sure you have plenty of sunscreen and a good plan for having water near you at all times! (Remember empty camelbacks and plastic water bottles are allowed in, bring them and take advantage of out water fill stations)
- IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING. Whether it’s someone looking ill, an unruly guest, or something that seems suspicious – Grab the nearest police officer, security or staff member for immediate assistance!
- Take a moment to look over the map, locate all the medical tents and emergency exits so you know the quickest way to safety in an emergency!
- Be considerate of those around you! There are a lot of people around you and you are all there for one reason – TO HAVE FUN!
- STAY CALM! There are teams available to help and plans are in place in case of an emergency. Keep you and others around you calm and listen to any instructions given to you by an emergency responder or security officer.
- Follow the emergency exit signs. Please take a moment to review the map and look for emergency exits. These exits will also be marked with signs in the venue, so take a moment once you enter to take a moment and make yourself familiar with their locations in the event of an evacuation.
- KEEP UP-TO-DATE! In the event of an evacuation or emergency we will post updates via our social network pages, app and texting platform. Make sure you follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, have downloaded our app to stay updated. Keep your eyes on these sites for all safety and scheduling updates.
- In the event of an emergency buses WILL NOT make regular stops! Buses will take patrons DIRECTLY to either: The Intercept Lot, Snowmass Base Village Transit Depot, Snowmass Mall Transit Depot or Ruby Park in Aspen. From there you can get on connecting buses to your final destination.
