3-Day Silver Donor Pass

• Open, first-come, first-served seating on the Donor Grass Patio behind the Gold Section, with covered seating also available in the main VIP tent
• Access to the Silver Lift – an elevated platform by the soundboard
• Front-row standing room to the left side of the stage

• Optional: 3-Day Two Creeks Parking Pass – $400 ($200 contribution)*

• Standing room only section, Rows 5–10, premium center stage location

3-Day Gold Donor Pass

• Includes all perks of Silver Donor Pass + Gold Standing Room Donor Pass, plus…
• Reserved table seating in the Gold Section behind the JAS National Council seating
• Nightly food & beverage experiences
• Prominent event program listing
• Optional: 3-Day Rodeo Parking Pass – $750 ($450 contribution)

$420/day ($220 tax-deductible)

Children’s Tickets

• Child tickets are available for children ages 4–12. If your child is 13 or older, you will need to purchase a regular VIP ticket.
• Children under 4 may enter the VIP area free of charge but must remain with a supervising adult at all times.
• Child tickets are standing-room only and provide access to the same areas as the accompanying adult’s ticket. Children do not have assigned seats, even if the adult ticket is for a reserved seat.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

The cost of each VIP Donor Pass for the JAS June and Labor Day Experiences (Gold, Silver, or National Council Membership) includes two components: the fair market value (FMV) for event admission and a tax-deductible donation supporting JAS’s year-round music education and programming.

If the event is canceled, for any reason, only the FMV portion will be refunded or credited toward a future JAS event. The tax-deductible donation portion is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it is recognized (per IRS rules) in the year it was made. JAS cannot transfer donations to a future year.

Should you choose to apply your FMV credit toward a future event, any difference in ticket value (due to a higher FMV or donation amount) will be your responsibility. For example, if you purchased a $1,500 ticket that included a $500 FMV and a $1,000 donation, and the event is canceled, you would be eligible for a $500 refund or a $500 credit toward a future JAS event.
