What are the box office hours?

How do I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be delivered digitally and scanned at the door. They’ll arrive two ways: first, via email from JASetickets@email.jazzaspensnowmass.org (check your spam/junk folder if needed), and second, about 24 hours before the show, you’ll receive a text link to access them. You can use either the emailed or texted tickets—no printing required.

Can I bring a service animals?

Yes. Guests with disabilities may bring trained service animals in accordance with ADA and Colorado law. Service animals must be dogs trained to perform specific tasks related to a person’s disability. Please note that emotional support animals do not have the same public access rights and are not permitted in public venues like the Paul JAS Center.
