Jazz Aspen Snowmass (JAS) has just released a limited number of single show tickets for a mix of artists performing at the JAS June Experience, June 22-25 in venues spread across the downtown Aspen core. Full day passes as well as a two day general admission pass and three day VIP pass are also available for purchase and include up to 12 performances per night.
Single tickets, ranging from $40-$55, are being offered for the performances taking place at the Belly Up, Wheeler Opera House and 39 Degrees at the W Hotel. Those artists include:
Thursday, June 22 – Galactic feat. Anjelika Jelly Joseph (New Orleans quintet with powerhouse vocalist) – Belly Up, 8pm
Friday, June 23 – Ruthie Foster (veteran blues artist) – Belly Up, 7:15pm & 10pm; Eliane Elias (Brazilian jazz pianist) – Wheeler Opera House, 5:45pm & 8:45pm; Black Joe Lewis (blues, funk & soul) – 39 Degrees, 6:45pm & 8:45pm
Saturday, June 24 – Greyboy Allstars w/Karl Denson (legendary jazz-funk revivalists) – Belly Up, 7:15pm & 10pm; Ms. Lisa Fischer & Grand Baton (Grammy award winning Rolling Stones back-up vocalist) – Wheeler Opera House, 5:45pm & 8:45pm; Black Joe Lewis – 39 Degrees, 6:45pm & 8:45pm
JAS will also be hosting a New Orleans JAS Brunch on Sunday, June 25 featuring a performance from the Rebirth Brass Band. Tickets are $99 and include brunch, bottomless mimosa and Bloody Mary bar, and the concert.
