Marcello Cardillo
Marcello Cardillo was born in Napoli (Italy) in 1997. He started playing drums at the age of 5 watching his father. At the age of 14 he was already actively playing in the music scene of the city and at 18 he moved to Amsterdam to study at the Conservatory of Amsterdam where he got his Bachelor and Master degree. In 2019 he spent a semester at The New School in New York, where he studied with legends such as Reggie Workman, Charles Tolliver and Andrew Cyrille.
He is now studying with Kendrick Scott at Manhattan School of Music in New York for his second Master degree.
