Stephen Parisi Jr.

Stephen Parisi Jr is a Jazz Bassist, Composer and arranger from the Buffalo New York region.

He has studied with Bill Staebell, Noah Jackson, Dan Pendley, and Jeff Campbell. Stephen plays with many groups from the greater Buffalo/Rochester region like The Buffalo Jazz Repertory Orchestra, Trinidy, Jon Sieiger and the All Stars, Custode and Parisi Jazz Trio, Authentic Vibe and also subs with many local acts.  Stephen has played all over the Buffalo area, Some venues include the Lewiston Jazz festival, The Rochester Jazz Festival, The Music is Art Festival, The Colored Musicians Club, Buffalo Iron Works, and many other venues. Stephen is currently a rising senior at the Eastman School of Music and has played under the direction of Garry Versace, Clay Jenkins, Rich Thompson, Bob Snieder and was the bass player for  the 2019 Eastman Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Bill Dobbins. Throughout his career, he has also played with many fantastic musicians like Daryl Washington, Bobby Militello, Gordon Webster, Andy Weinzler, and Mark Kellog.
