JAS Street Horns Camp – June 22-26 – 1oam-1pm
Perfect for intermediate to advanced students, the JAS Street Horns Camp, led by JAS In-Schools Director Chris Bank, provides direct musical instruction from professional musicians, including private lessons and group lessons as well as elements of live performance. At the conclusion of the week students will have the opportunity to perform as part of the JAS June Experience!

DJ Bootcamp – July 6-9 & July 13-16 – 9-11am
For beginner/intermediate level students to learn basic skills and techniques for live DJing. Topics include introducing DJ equipment and software, uploading tracks to DJ decks, selecting and crossfading songs, track manipulation and mixing techniques, effects processing, genre exploration, creating sets of music and live performance.

Beatmaking 101 – July 6-9 & July 13-16 – 12-2pm
For beginner/intermediate level students to learn the process of creating digital music beats from square one. Topics include introducing DAW software, creating DAW sessions and tracks, adding instruments to sessions, using sample loops, programming instrument parts, instrument arrangement, adding effects to instruments, basic song structure, basic audio recording, genre exploration and experimentation. Students will complete 2-3 original pieces of music.
