Interpreting Services

Interpreters & Additional Services American Sign Language interpreters will be available for select performances. If you have any additional requests for services  Requests for these services must be emailed to us at least 30 days prior to the event to allow for sufficient preparation. Special Dietary Needs

JAS will have food vendors that provide gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan dietary options. For those with special dietary needs beyond the festival food service, a personal amount of food will be allowed into the Festival. Please contact us at JazzAspenAccess@gmail.com for further information.

Prescription Medicines

All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID.
