To access your purchased tickets:
- Download the “JAS Aspen Snowmass Experience App” using these links (if you already have the JAS app we recommend you reload it to guarantee the access to tickets):
- Once the app is downloaded click the “Tickets” option from the menu
- Login using your AXS login email and password
- From the app you can access your tickets, transfer them to your guests or sell them on our market place.
*If transferring or reselling your tickets, the person receiving those tickets must download the JAS Aspen Snowmass Experience App to access the tickets sent to them*
Can’t Go or Need More Sold Out Tickets?!
The JAS/AXS ticket resale is the safest and most reliable place to resell or buy tickets. AXS handles the transaction and ticket transfer between the buyer and seller. It is the only way to guarantee you have valid tickets to the Labor Day Experience!
To Resell Your Tickets:
- Once you access your tickets from the instructions above click on the ticket day you want to resell.
- Then click the “resell” button on the bottom of the screen
- From their you can set your price, choose how many tickets to sell, etc.
- AXS will then notify you when your tickets are sold and the money will be transferred to you
To Buy Tickets:
- Go to the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Ticket Page here
- Click the day you would like to buy tickets for (even if it is sold out)
- Choose the right option called “AXS Official Resale”
- Browse through the resale options
