A friendly reminder of what to pack (and what to leave at home) for your JAS Labor Day Experience adventure.

✅ Pack These Vibes

Hydration: One empty clear plastic water bottle or empty hydration pack – fill up at our free water stations!
Festival Essentials: Sunglasses, hats, small cushions or chairs (legs 6″ or shorter), 8’x8’ blankets, earplugs.
Fun (the friendly kind): Non-professional cameras, cell phones, glow sticks (in small amounts), glowing costumes or jewelry.
Comfort & Care: Face masks, sunscreen, lip balm, nursing equipment, prescription meds in original containers, strollers (with child).

🚫 Leave These at Home

Outside liquids or food (besides your empty water bottle)
Weapons of any kind (including pocketknives, pepper spray)
Fire hazards: fireworks, sparklers, smoke bombs, grills, propane, or open flames
Sound-makers: megaphones, air horns, musical instruments, amplified sound
Breakables: glass containers (except glasses/sunglasses)
Big gear: coolers, wagons (unless stroller), sports equipment, bikes, skateboards, scooters, drones
Pro photo/video gear: tripods, detachable lenses, professional recording equipment
Mess-makers: markers, chalk, stickers, spray paint
Illegal substances or marijuana products
Furniture: anything over 6″ chair legs
Pets (service animals welcome)

🎒 Bag Policy

Only clear bags are allowed. We’ll have some for sale before and at the event if you need one. No purses, backpacks, or other non-clear bags.

📌 Festival Reminders

No smoking anywhere at the event
Lost & Found: Next to the box office (after the festival, items go to Snowmass PD)
Nursing station: Next to the medical tent
No refunds or exchanges
Keep it safe: No moshing, crowd surfing, or throwing objects
Respect the space: Don’t hang signs/flags from structures
Vendors: Only authorized vendors allowed — no unapproved sales, handbills, or giveaways
