Is there a discounted rate for children?
NEW FOR 2024: All children 8 years and younger are FREE when accompanied by an adult. Children older than 8yo will need to purchase a full-price ticket to the event.
Are passes transferable by day/show?
All 3-Day Passes are transferable by day.
What is your refund policy?
JAS has a NO REFUND/ NO EXCHANGE* policy. Please see here for full details of the purchaser agreement. *Should JAS have to cancel any event due to Colorado or Pitkin County COVID-related restrictions you will have the option of receiving a refund for your tickets or a credit for future rescheduled events.
What do I need to get my tickets from Will Call?
Your ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Where will the ticket box office be and what are the hours?
The Will Call office locations and hours are (subject to change): Friday, August 30th – Sunday, September 1st: 12pm –9 pm at the Festival Entrance
Where can I buy sold out tickets?

Can I give my tickets to a friend? How?
Yes, you will be able to transfer your tickets over to anyone you like via the Ticket section in the JAS Aspen Snowmass App. You simply send the tickets to your friend or family member’s AXS email and they will instantly have access to those tickets. Please visit the AXS Mobile ID FAQ to learn
Can I sell my tickets?
Yes, you can sell your tickets, we highly recommend using the AXS Mobile Re-Sell marketplace via the JAS Aspen Snowmass App for the most efficient and safe way to complete the transaction.
