What is your refund policy?

JAS has a NO REFUND/ NO EXCHANGE* policy. Please see here for full details of the purchaser agreement. *Should JAS have to cancel any event due to Colorado or Pitkin County COVID-related restrictions you will have the option of receiving a refund for your tickets or a credit for future rescheduled events.
