Jazz Aspen Snowmass is excited to announced for the upcoming Winter JAS Cafe shows, held at The Little Nell on:
January 13th & 14th
February 10th & 11th
The Nell will be offering select menu items during the Cafe performances, as well as a prefix menu available in
Element 47 with a dinner reservation!

Special prefix menu that will be offered at Element 47 (reservations required) to anyone attending the cafe shows those nights:

- Mix green Salad, beets, Winter citrus, Celery
- Potato Gnocchi, Wagyu Oxtail, Leeks, Reggiano
- Ahi Tuna Crudo, Radish, mandarin, ponzu
Choice of Main :
- Chicken, Squash, radicchio, Walnuts
- Salmon, Roasted tomato, Lentils, Fennel
- Kimchi Fried Rice, Winter Squash, Tamarind, Broccoli, red bell Pepper
